ABOUT CLEARLAWN
A clear standard of care.
You paid a lot for that lawn. Before you let anyone work on it, here’s how we work, what we charge, and where we stop.
When it comes to turf, maintenance is all we do.
ClearLawn doesn’t sell or install artificial turf. We look after turf that’s already installed. If what you’re dealing with turns out to need an installation repair or replacement, we don’t have another turf product to sell you. We’ll tell you.
Every visit starts the same way. No two finish the same way.
We look at the pile, the infill, the edges and seams, how water is moving, the areas you’ve flagged, and where the traffic actually goes. What happens next depends on what we find.
A yard that needs grooming and debris removal gets grooming and debris removal — not a long treatment list applied simply because more steps sound more thorough.
04 / HONEST LIMITS
Maintenance helps with a lot. It doesn’t fix everything.
What maintenance is for
- Surface debris and organic buildup
- Flattened pile that’s still suitable for grooming
- Surface cleaning and targeted work in pet areas, within the agreed scope
- Condition observations and sensible next steps
What it isn’t for
- Permanently worn or damaged fibres
- Failed seams and lifted edges
- Structural base problems and installation defects
- Underlying drainage faults
- Heavy contamination or restoration beyond a standard visit
If your turf needs one of those, a maintenance visit won’t solve it — and we’d rather say so than sell you one. Sometimes the right answer is the company that installed it.
Get My Turf PriceA number you can hold us to.
$199 for a standard residential yard without pets. $249 where dogs use it. Up to approximately 450 square feet, per visit, CAD plus GST.
That’s a price, not a starting figure. If your yard is larger, unusually contaminated, or needs restorative work before regular maintenance makes sense, we quote it before anything is booked. You shouldn’t find out about a number on the day.
Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Tell us the address, roughly how much turf you have, whether dogs use it and what you’ve noticed. Photos are optional, but they can help us confirm the price faster.
A person reviews quote requests within two business hours. Requesting a price doesn’t book an appointment, and nothing is charged for asking.
Once you decide to proceed, we’ll confirm the appointment details and anything we need to know about access before we arrive.
Dogs change what turf needs.
Dogs tend to use the same few spots. Urine and odour don’t always resolve with a rinse. Debris and contamination can work down into the infill rather than sitting only on top. Pile can flatten faster along heavily used routes.
We assess pet-used areas separately from the rest of the yard and apply the work the condition indicates within the agreed scope.
What we won’t do is promise the odour is gone for good, or tell you the treatment does more than we can stand behind.
Dogs add another layer to turf maintenance — and it’s an area we’ve built ClearLawn around.
