What changes over time.
Artificial turf needs care as it gets used. Dogs, foot traffic, falling leaves and damp, shaded areas can all change how the lawn looks and feels.
Flattened fibres.
Favourite routes through the yard and busy play areas can flatten sooner than the rest of the lawn. Grooming can lift fibres that are still in good condition.
Changes in infill.
The material between the fibres helps support them. We check its condition and distribution before recommending adjustments or additional material.
Debris and moss.
Leaves, needles and organic buildup can collect in the pile, especially in damp or shaded areas. These are useful places to watch between visits.

Get my priceA standard visit includes a condition inspection, debris removal, grooming and appropriate surface cleaning. Dog-used turf also receives pet-focused assessment and targeted care where indicated within the standard scope.
Larger lawns, heavy contamination and restoration work are quoted individually. Infill additions, extraction or other additional work are explained and priced separately when needed.

Is Clearlawn part of Luxury Lawns?
We’re separate companies working together on turf aftercare. Luxury Lawns installs your lawn; Clearlawn helps maintain it.
Will maintenance affect my warranty?
Share your turf’s care instructions and relevant warranty requirements when you enquire. They help inform the proposed work. Luxury Lawns or the turf manufacturer can answer questions about coverage.
Can I book a one-time visit?
Yes. A one-time visit does not commit you to ongoing service. If you’d like regular care, we can discuss a schedule based on your lawn and how it’s used.
Can maintenance fix seams or drainage problems?
Seam, edge, base and drainage repairs are outside the standard maintenance service. If we notice a concern, we’ll explain it so you can discuss the next step with Luxury Lawns or the manufacturer. Cleaning cannot reverse permanent fibre damage or guarantee that every odour will be removed.
Do you also offer dog waste removal?
Yes. Clearlawn offers dog waste removal in Langley as a separate service. It can help with the regular pickup between turf-care visits.
