Do I need to be home?
We’ll discuss access and arrangements for dogs before confirming the first visit. Tell us if you have specific access needs; don’t send gate codes through the quote form.
Does every yard need a Reset first?
No. Tell us the current condition. If an initial cleanup is needed, we explain the proposed work and price separately before it is agreed.
Can you help with more than one dog?
Yes, send the dog count and requested frequency. Additional-dog and nonstandard requests are quoted individually.
How do I stop recurring service?
Recurring dog-waste service is month-to-month with 7 days’ notice to stop, no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Contact us to give notice.
Do you cover my address?
Dog waste removal is currently a Langley service: Langley City and Township of Langley, including Willoughby, Murrayville, Walnut Grove, Brookswood, Fort Langley and Aldergrove. We confirm route availability for your address and requested frequency. Check Langley coverage
